This 5 day training will focus on eligibility requirement of ERSEA. The course gives students a detailed review of eligibility including new proposed rules. Eligibility is the major component of ERSEA that most program implement incorrectly. During the two days, student will gain the knowledge and skills to effectively Implement eligibility. Concepts, forms and proven strategies will be given for program self assessment of eligibility practices. Students will increase their knowledge of management systems and protocol requirement. Student will understand rules, regulations, policies for eligibility of homeless children and how to document, verify and determine eligibility without compliance issues. Discussion about fraud and fraudulent activities will be discussed and program training and procedures will be examine and explained.
