The Early Childhood Education Supervisor credential focuses on leadership and education practices within a Head Start environment. Students also learn how to deal with supervision and conflicts.  Students will learn about: Theories in educational leadership, leadership in a Head Start program, instruction supervision, program administration, personnel management and management ethics and conflict resolution.
