The Child Development Management License is a "Executive Management Program." The core competencies of the Child Development Management License includes supervising teaching competencies, plus creativity/innovation, education management and curriclulm development systems. The Child Development Management License is deigned for professionals who are responsible for the professional development of education staff within a Head Start program. Candidates enrolled in a management license program should have 2 years or more experience administering Head Start training curriculum.
